Taiwan Motorcycles

In Taiwan Motorcycles are everywhere...I never imagined I would see so many Motorcycles on the streets. I would have to say this was amazing. I knew that if I went back to the USA and told everyone what I saw, they would never know what I really meant so I took some video.
Then, to prove this was serious I took another video in a different location. In Taiwan these drivers must be very skilled to get around in the traffic.

The sign means "DON'T FORGET" so don't forget me Taiwan, I will be back...

It was hot after taking so many pictures, very fun!

I thought it would cute to sell some ice cream.

The view of Taiwan from the top of our hotel, The Far Eastern Plaza Hotel.

Yummy? You decide.

All of us out at the Night Market, doing some shopping.

These Strawberry Sticks looked like they tasted amazing.

It is okay that the baby didn't have a helmet, he was strapped to his mother with a rope.

Good bye Taiwan, I will miss you!

Today in Taiwan

Today in Taiwan I ate some very interesting food at a great resturant. I know my husband would be so proud of me for trying everything.

I thought that taking a video of the food would be better than explaining it.

Hello Hong Kong

Felix is A really good place and has a panoramic view out of the 27th floor.

Felix is located on the top two floors of The Peninsula, one of the most pretentious bars in Hong Kong.

I visited Aqua Spirit.

Video of Aqua Spirit.

Aqua Spirit is the bar in Hong Kong with one of the best views of the city's skyline located on the 30th floor.

Hong Kong Industrial Centre is where we found the best Women's Clothing Bargains. I spent about 500HK dollars which is less than $100 on everything in the picture.

Cute Turtle in Store.

Two turtles at the check out counter.

Not even sure what this means so good thing I didn't drive anywhere.

Hong Kong Industrial Centre ='s good shopping

I took a picture of the money exchange sign so that my husband and I would know what other money we need to collect... more travels..

I walked outside of the Hong Kong Industrial Centre and this dog was just relaxing.

Adorable.

One Night In Bangkok

Tonight we were going to a place we heard was called the Sky Bar located at the pencil. See the pencil... that hotel. Click on the image for a better view.

The girls and I met up for dinner. I don't think there was any doubt in anyone's mind that I was the white girl. Wow. I should just go ahead a dye my hair red.

I was very uncertian about the Jellies drink that I would pick but #78 tasted like watered down coconut juice. Awesome!

The cutest drink set up I have ever seen. This is #78, yum.

Okay, everyone knows that Mosquito Repellent is made with citronella but when they have citronella leaves in mixed nuts why would you think this taste good? yuck.

The girls again.

The Dome is actually where the Sky Bar was located, also known as Sirocco. What? I am still confused about the names.

The view of the city and the river was amazing but the storm clouds were rolling in. Thank goodness since it is SO HOT in Bangkok.

Bar with a view anyone? Go here.

Again, the Sirocco Bar/Sky Bar/The Dome.

Thai Massage

In Front of almost every building there was a shrine set up. It looked like a shine however it was there for good luck. The people here in Bangkok are serious about wanting good luck!!! I thought of Billy when a saw a booth set up for Thai desserts. They looked like floating candy to me. I didn't try any but decided to take a picture. When we got to dinner we were instructed to take off our shoes. We gave them our shoes and they gave us a number. Surprise. We were going to eat barefoot. Surprise again...this is where you eat on the groud sitting on a pillow. Fun!

This video from the dancing was not the best but I had to post it since it had the best singer...Listen...

Silom Village is a very nice traditional resturant our vendors were nice enough to take us to last night. Good food and a show to watch while eating. I had just had a wonderful Thai Massage before I got to dinner so I did not look as fancy as the other women that were at the resturant. I had planned to get ready but was not prepared for traffic in Bangkok. This food was simply the appetizers, much more food kept coming and coming... Getting to dinner was horrible. It took us 2 hours to get about 2 blocks. If we knew where we were going, we could have walked. Too bad our driver didn't speak English. I was amazed by the cable wire running through Bangkok. It looked so dangerous. This is what it looked like everywhere. Not sure who this guy is on the money but I would be willing to bet he is very important. $200 USA dollars got me $6,500B (Bangkok money)
